amazing relaxing retreat

the facilities are really good. they offer complimentary yoga sessions twice a day. the gym is well-equipped. the spa completes the wellness experience (i enjoyed a massage). the hotel is beautiful with lush greenery. it created a feeling of harmony. the rooms were great.
the hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city center, but it only goes once every two hours. if traffic is bad, commuting to ubud can take between 30 minutes and an hour. this makes it difficult to get to and from ubud easily.

The resort had multiple pools. there were cabanas on a coy pond where i could sit. walking along the paths allowed me to discover bridges. i felt close to nature. It was beautiful.

the hotel was located a bit outside the center. it was very quiet and comfortable. the resort provided a shuttle service every other hour if one enjoyed city life and wanted to visit restaurants and cafes. the service was convenient.

breakfast had many choices. the food was flavorful and very good, no matter if one wanted a cold or hot dish. i had a good experience. i loved all the flowers and the pools.

the villa included daily activities, and the staff was friendly.
The room smelled like mildew, and that was really annoying. it did not improve despite my complaining at the reception. also, the breakfast options was not great. They ran out of things early.

i enjoyed the spacious rooms. the resort also offered daily yoga sessions. the toiletries provided were nice! the staff was attentive and pleasant.
the mosquito lotion provided was ineffective! so i recommend bringing your own.
